In addition to caring for your family when the need arises, CHW Urgent Care in Ahwatukee also provides an outpatient laboratory, as well as routine mammography and diagnostic radiology services.

Laboratory: The laboratory is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted.

Mammography: Mammography services are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments are required.

Radiology: Radiology services are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 480.728.4000.
The Urgent Care in Ahwatukee also provides space for health related seminars and classes, screenings, and support groups. For a current schedule of activites or to reserve a room, please call 480.728.3048.
